We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you received it.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Certain products, including but not limited to personalized items, intimate apparel, or perishable goods, are non-returnable. Please check the product page for any specific exclusions.
2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with return instructions and an address to send the item back to.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made in your order.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition:

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Any shipping charges or customs fees paid during your original purchase are not refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
